With less then a week until Christmas, I thought I better start the HOLIDAY BAKING. I think these little babies are a good start, and hopefully I`ll have time to make more before Christmas.


The vegan equivalent of egg nog is called holly nog. :) I know, right? These are holly nog cupcakes with vanilla frosting and snowflakes. Pretty, festive and wintery cupcakes... :)

A tangle of lights. I'm sure anyone who's put up Christmas lights can relate to these cupcakes...If one can relate to a cupcake at all. Light chocolate cupcakes with a strand of yummy, chocolatey Christmas lights on top.

I've never been as proud of something I've baked as I was with this.
Chocolate vanilla marble with a delicious mint frosting.
I couldn't stop looking at it. It was so beautiful, and I miss it a lot.

Today is Mother's Day. I made this cake for my mom. It's
a layer of chocolate cake, a layer of strawberries and a layer
of vanilla cake. It has strawberry frosting with chocolate drizzle.

There is a batch of carrot cake cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and small yellow chicks on top. Also, a batch of vanilla cupcakes also with cream cheese frosting and marzipan eggs and tulips! Meow meow marzipan...

My oven is broken!! I know I know, my life is ruined... Maybe not, but almost ! This would explain the lack of cupcake updates though. So sorry and hopefully it will be fixed soon! Check back! ♥♥

Happy Valentines DAY!

Firstly, pretty much everything that could have gone wrong while making a cupcake went wrong while making these cupcakes (I probably shouldn't say that...err). Though, I think they turned out pretty well in the end.


The light pink cupcakes with the chocolate heart are chocolate cupcakes with blueberry filling and strawberry frosting. The cupcakes with the adorable smiling hearts are vanilla cupcakes with strawberry filling and strawberry frosting and the ones with the white heart are chocolate mocha cupcakes with dark chocolate glaze and a vanilla frosting heart.


And these ones...Lovely conversation hearts which were at one time my favourite candies. They still might be, actually. Simple vanilla cupcakes with a simple love note on each. ♥
