In an attempt to welcome spring after a sike out of nice weather followed by a snowstorm...I made light and fluffy lemon cupcakes with creamy lemon lime frosting. Cute, I think...

Happy Valentine's Day !

Valentine's Day !!!! My favourite holiday to make cakes for... :D

This was my favourite cupcake I made, so he got his own special picture.

...And the class photo. These are strawberry cupcakes with strawberry frosting. Some also have chocolate topping on them, and a chocolate foil heart.

This is the CAKE I made for a certain someone. Someone who doesn't like sprinkles...So I had to be creative. ;) He also doesn't like a lot of frosting, but you've gotta draw the line somewhere. It's a matcha green tea, vanilla swirl cake with light strawberry and vanilla buttercream.

Pre Valentine's Day !

This is my Pre Valentine's Day cake. It was actually made a couple of weeks ago but I thought I'd wait until real Pre Valentine's began. It was a vanilla cake with a hard chocolate topping and coconut frosting and filling. Of course, with pretty heart designs.

With less then a week until Christmas, I thought I better start the HOLIDAY BAKING. I think these little babies are a good start, and hopefully I`ll have time to make more before Christmas.


The vegan equivalent of egg nog is called holly nog. :) I know, right? These are holly nog cupcakes with vanilla frosting and snowflakes. Pretty, festive and wintery cupcakes... :)

A tangle of lights. I'm sure anyone who's put up Christmas lights can relate to these cupcakes...If one can relate to a cupcake at all. Light chocolate cupcakes with a strand of yummy, chocolatey Christmas lights on top.

Yes, back with one of the best things I've ever done in my life.
I've never been as proud of something I've baked as I was with this.
Chocolate vanilla marble with a delicious mint frosting.
I couldn't stop looking at it. It was so beautiful, and I miss it a lot.
